At university I had a book by Idries Shah called, I think, The Wisdom of the Sufis. It was a collection of teaching stories, a little like a Sufi version of Zen Flesh, Zen Bones. Absolutely loved that book!
If you haven’t already, look for “Yunnus Emre” on Turkish TV. It’s on YouTube somewhere. 2 series, rather beautiful. Turkish TV likes to take things slowly. Yunnus’ master is particularly good.
I’m looking forward to checking out the links -- also to reading your next post (it’s a topic I, too, have many questions about).
Have you read any of Charles Upton? He's a Sufi and his wife is Christian — Orthodox if memory serves
No, I haven't. I'll look him up.

What do you think of the book that came out of the conference, if you read it?

And the subtitles are something else - I think they may have been computer generated, every line an (incomprehensible) koan 😂
I'll look for it. Thanks.
Ill have to check them out many thanks
